Ross Humphreys
Ross has been involved with a variety of industries and organisations, both public and private, over many years. He has managed industry associations in both the aged care and retirement living.
Ross is a licensed real estate agent and member of the Governance Institute of Australia. Ross has longstanding business associations with the seniors living sector.
This includes:
- Provision of management services for Retirement Villages
- Sales and marketing for Retirement Villages
- Property sales and services in the traditional property sector
- Property Management and Facility Management including high rise properties
- Commissioning of Aged Care Facilities
- Consulting services to external organisations
- Business planning and financial projections for senior living
Judith Don
Judith has many years of senior management experience in leadership positions in both public and private health care settings and has international experience as the CEO of a 600 + bed public hospital for 8years in the Middle East.
Judith is a member of the Australia Institute of Company Directors and a licensed real estate agent.
As a senior health professional, Judith has extensive experience in:

- healthcare delivery systems
- change management
- continuous quality improvement
- patient safety and Workplace Health and Safety – Risk Management
- establishing collaborative relationships with healthcare providers and learning institutions
- Commissioning of Aged Care Facilities
