Our Pricing
We have a transparent approach to our pricing for these services. The cost of the service is printed on our invoice and this cost we pay to our contractors.
We do not receive commissions from the contractors.
We add an administration charge for our time in vetting the contractors, ensuring their suitability and insurance coverage, qualifications, police checks and service performance quality.
Our administration fee also includes negotiating charges with the contractors, organising the service and paying the contractors and providing a payment arrangement for residents on site.
